About Natalie Marnoch - Personal Profile
I'm a born & bred Sydney girl who has always loved sport and fitness. I was an avid swimmer in my younger years going on to compete at State Level. When I gave up swimming, I turned to other forms of exercise and have always been interested in health and nutrition.
I pride myself on going that extra mile for my clients, being accessible if they have questions or need assistance when not training with me. I am extremely passionate and love helping people achieve their full potential.
I spent a number of years in the 'corporate world' going from job to job until I realised that I wanted to train full time. These years helped me to relate to and really understand my clients, their roles and the day-to-day pressures they face.
The bottom line is I make sure training is fun, inspirational and accessible to all levels of fitness. If I don't want to do a particular exercise then why should I make my clients do it! Most of all, it's about enjoying yourself, being healthy and forgetting about life for an hour.
